Coach Shanelle, a former Division I jumper, brings her track & field expertise to strength training. She builds explosive power, speed, and confidence through challenging, supportive workouts that prepare athletes to perform at their best.
Coach Shanelle brings a passion for athletic performance and years of competitive track and field experience to her role as Program Director and Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach.
A standout jumper, she competed for Manhattan University in the long jump and triple jump, building a deep understanding of explosive power, speed, and body mechanics. Prior to that, she excelled at Windsor High School, competing in long jump, triple jump, and high jump — laying the foundation for her love of athletic training.
Today, Coach Shanelle uses her experience as a collegiate athlete to design programs that build strength, improve movement, and help athletes reach peak performance while reducing injury risk. Her sessions are challenging, supportive, and focused on creating strong, confident athletes ready to compete.
